Travel

By plane:

Stanford is roughly equidistant from San Jose International (SJC) Airport and San Francisco International (SFO) Airport.

Ground transportation:

Accommodation

For Full and Student Delegate registration, accommodation included is for the nights of Tuesday June 27, Wednesday June 28, and Thursday June 29. Additional nights are available for purchase with your registration.

Check in is at the Escondido Village Service Center (location, phone: (650) 736 6000.) The Service Center is open from 8am until 10pm each day. If you need to check in outside of these hours, please contact us to make appropriate arrangements

If you are travelling to campus via Super Shuttle, their nearest drop off point is Mirreelles, across Escondido Road from the Service Center (see location map).

Dining

All registration types include all meals from the evening of Tuesday 27th June, until lunch Friday 28th June. This includes the opening reception on the evening of June 27th and the banquet on June 29th. Meals will be serverd at Branner Hall (map)

All meals are included with the purchase of additional accommodation
