Posters
Poster papers and Graduate Symposium posters will be presented together in the poster session.
Poster display boards will be provided. Posters may not exceed A0 paper size, that is 841mm x 1189mm or 33.1in x 46.8in. There is no predefined format and you can choose the orientation, portrait or landscape. We will supply pins to hang your poster on the foam boards and poster stands at the conference. You have to prepare, print and bring your poster to the conference.
All posters will be hung up in the afternoon of 8th August, in advance of the poster session that evening.
A 1-minute pitch should be prepared and presented on 8th August in the 16:30-17:00 session. This pitch should summarise in one minute the main message of your poster. You do not have to prepare any slides for this. The purpose of these pitches is to spark interest in the audience to attend your poster for more information in the poster session at the reception in the evening (see Program for the order of minute pitches and the timing of the poster session).
Poster presenters will be expected to be near to their posters for general discussion about their work during the poster session.
