Registration

Diagrams 2016 is being held at a conference center (see venue) which offers both hotel rooms and dining. All of the meals during the conference (Sunday morning through Wednesday lunch) are included in the conference registration price. The hotel room must be booked separately, and you should do so as soon as possible. We highly recommend staying at the conference center, since the closest hotels are approximately 10 minutes away via car (public transportation is not available).

Conference attendees who plan on lodging at the conference center need to complete two registrations:

  1. Diagrams Conference Registration
  2. Chubb Conference Center Lodging Registration (Code THEORY2016)

Conference Registration Details:
Conference registration includes all meals (Sunday morning through Wednesday lunch, the reception, the banquet, as well as all workshops, tutorials and conference sessions.

Early Registration Rates (through May 31st): Student $500USD, Regular/non-Student: $700USD
Regular Registration Rates: Student $600USD, Regular/non-Student: $950USD

Chubb Conference Center Lodging Details (special for our Diagrams group):
Our Room Block Rate is guaranteed through: May 31 or until the block fills. Please book sooner rather than later.

  • “Deluxe” Room (1 King bed): $160/night
  • “Double” Room (2 Queen beds): $160/room/night. If you are seeking a roommate, please contact the Local Chair (rburns at wcupa dot edu) and he will do his best to match people up.
  • Free WiFi + parking
  • in-room refrigerator

Our special rate for a room with 3 or 4 people is $180/room/night. Please contact the Local Chair (rburns at wcupa dot edu) instead of booking directly with Chubb if you are interested in this rate.
